I'de have to say dropping Garland after his like 3rd start. Could have been ALOT worse, I was going to trade Rivera for Graves early in the season when the yankees were suckin.
Does pre-season count? If so, trading Teixeira for Schmidt & Dunn, then deciding to drop Dunn in lieu of another keeper. I'd love to trade Schmidt straight up for Tex right about now.
I had the #1 pick and we were drafting earlier than usual. I wanted to draft Pujols but the there was concern about his foot problem and him missing significant time because of it.
The draft order was determined two days before the draft and I spent almost the entire two days looking for the SMALLEST bit of good news concerning his foot. NOTHING positive.
So I took the safe route and drafted Vlad #1.
A few days later, Pujols announced that his foot felt GREAT

My worst move this year is probably dropping Barmes very early in the year. I picked up Hermanson if I remember correctly, but it was down to either Barmes or Broussard to drop, I didn't think much of it at the time, and now am really kicking myself over that decision.
wait, scratch that, it no longer is a bad move lol.
Now my worst move is probably trading my Crosby/Clement/Carlos Lee for Borowski/M. Young/M. Maroth, although my SS is now Jeter, I have a pretty serviceable OF, and my SP is LOADED.
