I think it is actually closer to 3-4AM eastern time. My league is half east and half west coast and sometimes guys from the west make moves long after I'm in bed that are reflected the next day. Unless they are up at 3am PST doing fantasy baseball...

I've done Yahoo for the past couple of years and it always seems to be around 3am EST give or take about an hour.
