What happened to Soriano?

Alfonso Soriano is day-to-day with a bruise on the back of his left leg. Soriano left today's game after being hit by a pitch. ''It's same leg he had problems with earlier, but a different place,'' manager Buck Showalter said. ''I think he's OK from the hit by pitch. He got a pretty good blow from being hit in the back (of leg). We have an off day (Monday) and we'll reevaluate tomorrow.''

I'd be pretty surprised if he weren't playing by Wednesday from what I've read about it.
