I've heard barely anything since he was traded to the Cubs. Any chance of him being called up? What is their rotation now, anyway?

Rusch

....Koronka?

Why not give Williams a chance?

Giants needed him up more than the Cubs do.

Thought the Giants shoulda used him.

ya i thought jerome looked pretty promising couple years ago. I remember him having 2 or 3 good outings for the giants. And some hard ups actually picked him up for a game or two lol..

but didn't he just lose all control and walk scores of people or something, and get sent down?

none the less though.. i liked his breaking ball.

Cubs have told him he needs to get in shape before he gets to the team. He had some family health problems that kept him out of camp for a while and he put on some weight. I think they are asking him to drop 15-20 lbs and get conditioned as well.

One quote I saw from a SF blog said he's usually spent by the time he is done with his first inning warmup.
