I just traded for ol' piss hands, and I am counting on him to put out numbers similar to last year. I think he will continue to hit good batting cleanup for the Giants. Desperate for power, I most certaily am.

If peeing your pant is cool, consider me Miles Davis.

And yes, Alou is a beast and doesnt look like he'll slow down anytime soon.

People on this forum were telling me I got robbed when I traded Barmes for Alou about a month ago. Now what's up?

Some did, some though you got the best of it...including myself. The formula still works, and always will...if you can get the proven vet for the sensational rookie, do it.

Some managers in my league think I paid a little to much for Alou. Its a 16 team league, with offensive K's, I am in desperate need of power. I gave up B. Chen (FA pickup) and my 12th round pick M. Lawton. What do you guys think? I dont think I gave up to much. He was (the team I traded with's) 5th round pick. Lawton has been putting up #'s similar to last year, but he has been striking a lot more often this year.

I bet those other managers are singing a different tune now. That was a steal for you.
