How do I go about getting the sig?

I have been reading all over tis forum and if im reading corectly people simply request a sig with players and such on it and someone makes them one? If i can do this can there be players from different teams on the same one? Would it be possible for me to get one with D.Lee, Ortiz, Beltran and Mauer on it. Thanks a lot ;-D
