2nd Half Superstars

I know some players realy heat up after the All-Star break after a rough 1st half. I point out Randy Wolf as one such player. Wolf has been a Top 10 NL pitcher after the break for a few seasons now. Who else is off or usually is off to slow start and should be considered a good pickup?

Bobby Abreu: first half .298, second half .314
Shawn Green: first half .279, second half .291

Toby Hall hit over .300 after the break last year, though one year isnt too much to go by

Tino Martinez has typically been a slow starter... I believe Jason Giambi has as well... Just gut feelings, though.

Thome .. everybody from Cleveland know's that Thome is a key player to have in August and September.
