I am currently in a 12 team yahoo league, residing, at least temporarily, in 1st place. I have a couple of pending deals, that id approved, would leave my roster looking like this:

Greg Myers - C
Adam Dunn - OF, 1B
Todd Helton - 1B
Alphonso Soriano - 2B
Hank Blalock - 3B
Jimmy Rollins - SS
Preston Wilson - OF
Manny Ramirez - OF
Torii Hunter - OF
Rich Aurilia - SS
Richard Hidalgo -OF

Pitching, My team would consist of the following:
Mariano Rivera - RP
Jorge Julio - RP
Mike Williams - RP
Esteban Loaiza - SP
Kevin Millwood - SP
Brandon Webb - SP, RP
Mark Prior - SP
Andy Pettitte - SP
Matt Mantei - RP

What do you think I should try and accomplish, almost pre-emptively, if anything at all...

your pitching is not as good as it looks. Loaiza is highly rated right now and you might add aurilla with him for a better SP. I don't think rivera will be as good this year, so you might want to trade him to a Yankees fan for a catcher....or maybe add a manny for posada and a patterson......you have a sound team. good luck!
