Well I missed McGinnity anyway, though the question did not indicate a start point, so I assumed earlier. I think you were more thorough - I guess we;ll see what the 'judge' thinks. It's actually a pretty amazing thing to do and not as easy as it sounds. Johnson still has a chace to do it.
Cy Young (Cle. Spiders, St. Louis Perfectos, Boston Americans/Red Sox)
Joe McGinnity (Baltimore Orioles, Brooklyn Superbas (Dodgers), NY Giants)
Carl Mays (Bos Red Sox, NY Yankees, Cincy Reds)
Grover Alexander (Phil Phillies, Chi Cubs, St. Lou Cards)
Gaylord Perry (SF Giants, Cle Indiand, SD Padres)
and the Rocket (Red Sox, Jays, Yankees)
I didn't specify since 1900, so I wouldn't exclude Cy Young from the list. Interesting to note the 6 include 4 HOFs and one future HOF (sorry Carl Mays!)

Errrr...I would have searched further but I found a website that had the answer, but with an asterick that read "Since 1900". I didn't bother to look back any further.
