Even if Kent had a bad 2nd half for him you're getting 2 good to great fantasy MI'ers for a FA pickup and a decent fantasy OF'er. Not to mention that Figgins could fill in the 2B/3B/SS/OF slots if you're in a Yahoo league.

This is a no-brainer.
