Where is the best place to see the starting line-ups?

In particular, does anyone know if Posada usually sits during day games?

i usually use mlb.com, it shows most lineups about 30-40 mins before gametime. sportsline only shows it about 5-10 mins before. also, most catchers sit day game after night game but idk about posada specifically
