If you are doing well right now then I think you will have a better rest of season as I see improvements from Helton, Beltran, Blaylock and A Jones. K Wood has to help you more than he has so far. I would not trade any of them because you would not get their value.

For a 12 team league I think you are in pretty good shape. You have a few players who you have to hope return to form like Helton and wome others, but overall you look like you have a very solid team, that if they players on your rosters perform up to their capabilities in the 2nd half you should definitely be able to make a run at the championship.
