your team looks excellent for 12 team league, a little thin in the SPs, could you look at mine again, i think you misinterpreted it.

You could use another frontline SP. Unless Helton gets going, that is another potential weak spot. I have him in one league and have a trade offer out on him. Casey will give you a nice BA, but no power so far, and no SBs.

Awesome team, I don't think you need to improve your offense at all. Your pitching though could use at least one more ace, or try getting clement, hes on a roll.

I wouldn't get too high on Hollins though
You could use a starter, not necessarily an ace, but a pitcher to slot ahead of Radke. The key is beltran, if he can play like a top 10 player he will take care of any speed issue you may have and give you a stud to go with Helton (hopefully)

I agree with everyone else in that you have a fine team. Your offense will be competetive in every cat., however, like everyone else has noted, you need another starting pitcher. Its unfortunate that no trades make it through in your league, as I think that you have some guys (like Helton) that you could afford to move to acquire that pitcher. I think your relief core is stacked and I feel that you're chances of being a championship team are based upon the performance of your pitchers.

i wouldn't get down on hermanson. i know he finally gave up an runs for the first time last night but i blame guillen for that.i never like to see a closer in a no close situation. anyway, remember he did a great job last year as closer. of course i'm a little prejudiced because i had him last year and this. are you in a league where you can use a player one day and not the next? if so utley is great. i am a marlin fan and i know loduca is in a slump. i think he tends to fade in august and september but with one more pitcher you should be in great shape.
