Looks like he might have pulled a javy lopez and fractured a bone in his hand off a foul ball. I know he said he is going to play through it, but yikes not good. From KFFL:
Jun 1 Updating an ongoing story, The Detroit News reports Detroit Tigers C Ivan Rodriguez (hand) plans on staying in the lineup if he can despite a fractured right hand suffered May 31 against the Texas Rangers. "They say there's a fracture," Rodriguez said. "I'm going to a doctor. It really doesn't hurt. If I can squeeze a bat or throw a ball, I'll play. I'm a tough guy."
Wow, I don't have Inge in a keeper league, but if I did that is the best possible news I could hear. If Pudge is out for an extended period, Inge may be able to pick up 5 appearences behind the plate, giving him C eligability for next year.

Vance Wilson is the Tigers backup catcher - not Inge.
That's it, I'm never, ever again drafting a catcher before the fifteenth round. I can think of one big-name C who's lived up to expectations this season and not got hurt. This is ridiculous.

For the past few seasons now, I've picked up multi-positioned players that include the coveted "C" position. I picked up Inge about 2 weeks in and never looked back.
