I just made a Javon Walker Bobblehead and need some suggestions on how to improve it.
Leal how did you make the background transparent and is it to late for me so zoom in more on the head or would I have to start all over?

also here is a Dontrelle Willis one that didnt turn out so hot.
How can you compress it so its under 6 KB

what I did to make it transparent was to save each frame as a gif.
You probably have to make a second onefor the close-up
There be some type of compression scale you can adjust before saving the animation.
That Walker once looks great
