39 year olds (answered)

Last season as a 39 year old, Barry Bonds hit .362. Only three other players since 1990 have hit over .330 as 39 year olds (meaning they were 39 at some point during the season) (assume minimum of at least 300AB). Name them.

Tony Gwynn is the only one I see. Good question.

Molitor is the second, I missed that.

Well, maybe I'm being nitpicky, but Ripkin didn't turn 39 in 1999 until after the season was over or do playoffs count?

Ripken is born August 24th, which means he turned 39 during the season in 1999, when he hit .340

Gwynn hit .338 in 1999 as a 39 yr old
Molitor hit .341 in 1996 as a 39 yr old.

David: on your link, if you flip back to 38 yr olds, you'll see Ripken's year, since he was 38 for most of it. If you note his birthday, though, the was 39 for the last couple months. You'll note my question said 39 during any part of the season.
