Have any local fans heard anything about whether he'll start tonight?

The latest is that he should start at some point during the series with ARI. Could be tonight but not sure.

I usually listen to the FAN every afternoon in NY, and there hasn't been much about him. The last convo I recall was his injury isn't all that serious, because they pitch hit with him a few nights back.... effectively restarting the retro-active 15 day DL
If you found my advice helpful, please help me

Haven't heard anything definite. Beltran said he was aiming for Tuesday (today) and Willie had said with the additional day off (Monday) that he would most likely be ready.

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

He might start tonight, he's been running and says it doesn't hurt anymore, it's just sore now so we'll see.

Just watched the Mets pre-game show, and he WILL be playing tonight.

I think that Carlos will come around. His stolen bases should be back once the weather heats up, but he may not steal for another few weeks or so due to the injury. From here on in, he'll swipe between 20-25.
