Man, I seriously cant even remember joining the Cafe. I remember typing fantasy baseball into google and somehow posting a question as a guest - i think on position scarcity (my first season was last year) and kent encouraged me to join and ive never looked back! ;-D

Might have to dig out that very first post!

He's giving me too many hours and isn't cutting back. He needs me more than I need the job.

LOL, if you really want to be fired, and you're sure of that...try either insulting a member or wrecking a golf cart. Those are the two surefire ways.

Just be careful not to start a fight with the member, and not to get hurt in the golf cart wreck. :-b

Lo brings up a good point, try to quit and if they really need the help, they will reduce your hours to prevent you from leaving. Also, who knows, you may be able to negotiate a slight raise in the process. ;-D

My point was that as a boss, I would much rather someone be honest with me and quit than just not work at all and try to get fired. The best thing would be to go to your boss and be truthful. If you like the job but need to cut back, tell him that. The big thing here is to not burn your bridges.
