Myers...Finally put it all together or maybe not.....

So, has Myers finally put all that "potential" he has always had to use or not? His numbers are insane right now. I could definetly see this being his break out year, because he has always been a pitcher considered to have a huge upside if he could put it all together. But at the same time I could see him majorly collapsing.

I am looking to trade for a stud #1 SP, and Myers is a guy I might want to include in my pitchers to target, but I am so unsure about him.

Can anyone give me some advice as to what to expect from Myers for the rest of the year? I mean, what are some realistic projections for him from here on out? Obviously there is no way he can keep up the pace he is on (unless of course he is this years Johan Santana) But how much do you guys think he will fall off? I noticed looking at his splits he has always been a first half pitcher, although he has never done this well in the first half which is what makes me think he might be the real deal this year.

Myers has sick stuff... I think he's gonna have a bad start here or there, and the Phils are kind of an inconsistent offensive team, so I think he'll suffer with run support and wins. My guesstimate for the year:

those seem pretty johan worthy to me.

i'd guess 3.00-3.50 ERA, 1.10-1.20 WHIP, and 200~ Ks.

Myers should be a great pitcher all year. I'm sure he'll have a few bad days, but I think he's finally arrived.
