My patience on this guy is really starting to pay off. .271, 4 HR's, 21 rbi's and 5 steals in my deep league that starts 13 offensive players. He should only get better also as he gets more major league experience. This guy is the real deal.

He's one of the few Cleveland players that has actually been a real treat to watch this year. He's settled into the leadoff spot and should stay there. Hopefully Wedge will give him some more green lights on the basepaths like Buddy Bell did tonight (Wedge is attending to a "family emergency" tonight). The kid is great to watch. He hustles out every groundball and has looked really good in the outfield. I guess my only complaint on him would be that it'd be nice if he could walk a little more.

Not sure how much use he could be in 12 team league's and smaller right now, but he's a guy to keep your eye on for sure.

But with Crisp coming back soon, Juan Gone aiming for a return in 1-2 weeks, and Gerut playing very well, what does the CLE OF situation look like? Won't Sizemore be odd man out?

Coco and Juan will make things interesting for sure.

Ludwick is out of options, but has not performed very well during his ABs. I'd hate to see him go since the Indians could use another power righty bat, but he could end up out the door. Casey Blake is owed too much money so he'll stay. I think Gerut's one good year combined with his current performance has his butt saved for a little while too. But, Boone, Hernandez, and Cora have all been pretty bad as well. I'd bet that either Boone, Cora, Hernandez, or Ludwick will be gone. The Indians can either get rid of one of the above mentioned or send Sizemore down. But, I just can't see them sending down one of the guys who's been arguably their best hitter so far.

Why send down a player that's producing when there's so many that aren't?

there is no way they would send Sizemore down. he fills two very important roles for them where they lack quality options: leadoff and centerfield. If anything, Gerut and Crisp split AB's or one of them goes. I could see Gerut being packaged in a deal as he really does not fit into the long term plans with Gutierrez and others coming up in the OF.

The first guy to bite the dust in terms of PT has to be Boone. They'll then move Blake back to 3B. The OF will probably be a platoon with Gerut definitely sitting vs. lefties.

At least that's my take for now.

Mabye he can jump start hafner and vmart. this team should be producing more runs.
