And no left turns in Jersey which is the most retarded thing ever
That's not at all true. Trust me, I've lived there my whole life
I thought there were no left turns...ahh well
you suck blankman ! j/k
Haha. No left turns, that would be the most retarded thing ever.

Interesting read, and I bet it's all the crazy Dallas drivers keeping Texas ranked down at #32.
heh, they may contribute, but the driving in Houston is freaking awful. I went to the Texans/Titans game this past year and there are some idiots on the road, to say the least.
Try driving in Toronto!!Horrible grid lock everyday!! Could get out and walk faster. There is something wrong with sitting stopped on a 4 lane highway with a speed limit of 100Kmh.
Plus we have the heaviest traveled highway in North america going right through the middle the good ol 401.
Virginia is 15th?? It surprises me that Northern Virginia and Richmond don't pull us waayyyy down. People in Northern Virginia are just plain HOSTILE. Like they're out to kill you. Which can't be said about drivers in NJ, by the way. Most places like the Garden State, it's just crowded. In NoVa, it's deadly deadly, as my man RZA would say.

There are places in Jersey where you can't turn left but it is not the rule. You usually only find this on very busy roads. I know route 10 has some in Morris County. They use "U-turns" instead.
From my experience, you can turn left at 99+% of intersections in NJ.
No big surprises as far as the bottom bunch...although I would have guessed NJ would be worst. My friend works for an insurance company, and he says 60-70% of the claims are from NJ. Of course, it's partly because of the sheer number of drivers, but apparently most of them are too aggressive.
Bad thing is that he just got hit in the back today by some dude yelling at his kids while running a stop sign. PA was 38th...
