I'm planning on spot starting R. Freel and D. Roberts in a couple h2h leagues this year. I've got excellent guys playing in their positions but I want to rack up SB's when I have the best chances of getting them.

Obviously sb's are hit and miss but what I'm wondering is which catchers are competing with Jeff Bagwell for the worst arm in the major leagues? Just a list of guys that should have me licking my chops to get Freel or Roberts in the lineup.

A lot of times the chance the catcher has to gun down the runner has to do with the pitcher. If the pitcher doesnt throw out of the stretch, or if he just has a huge windup and the baserunner gets a good jump then well...good luck to the catcher. Think BK Kim...and I've heard Dan Haren has problems with this too.
