i think in zambranos case (too much computer usage) it will be termed a 'stiff groin.'

that reminds me of a greg maddux story. greg is pitching and after a pitch he starts walking around the mound awkwardly. mark grace walks over because he thinks greg has a groin pull and asks him whats going on. greg asked mark to stand in front of him for a minute because apparently he became aroused on the mound and mark's reply was something to the effect 'you must really love to play baseball.'
