He was on 15-DL retroactive from May 3rd. It's well past 15 days. I know they said he was still not 100% but I don't see that the put him up for another DL stint.

Wily Mo Pena's injury status hasn't changed recently.
It was a month ago today he strained his quad and no one seems to have an idea as to when he's coming back.
"He's progressing," Mann said. "We've got to get him where he can sprint comfortably."

Wily Mo Pena (quad) did some running excercises before last night's game.
He expects to go to Louisville for a rehab assignment next week, meaning he's still probably two weeks away from returning to the Reds.
