In my opinion, he's playing over his head right now. I think he comes down. But, there are some signs that he could continue to be a servicable middle infielder. His plate discipline has improved, which is making a big difference right now. Last year he only had 20 walks to 119 strikeouts, which is awful, obviously. This year he has 9 walks to 19 striekouts thus far. Still not great, but yet it's a significant improvement. He's got a little pop too. Right now he's playing nearly every day, either for JJ Hardy or the struggling Junior Spivey. I think, given 500 AB, Hall would post 13-15 HR, 17-20 SB, and maybe hit .265. He's hitting about .300 right now, but in my opinion he ends up down in the .255-.270 range before the season's over.
