What do you expect for the rest of the year?

Potential for a high BA and some modest power, but unfortunately he is stuck in that miserable line-up so even the best case scenario is not that great. I wouldn't be interested outside an NL only league.

But he will play everyday? He's not in a platoon situation?

He's the starting 3B, no platoon. I knew he'd hit for a decent BA, but the power surge is a bit of a surprise to me. I've upped his HR projection from 10 to 15.

He is worth owning in mixed leagues.
15-20HR, .300BA, 70RBI, 75R are about what I project him to end the year with.
Most of his production will come at home so he is a fine player to carry on your roster and plug in at DH for his home games.
"Son we would like to keep you around here but were trying to win a pennant this year."

He has huge upside.
He was a MONSTER in spring, but got hurt. Just getting back into form and he's smacking the cover off the ball.
If he's a FA I'd get him asap.

In a points league I am pretty excited to have him. I have him at about 320/15/65 with lots of doubles
I guess a lot of his value has to do with batting 2nd with Helton/Barmes protecting, or 8th with Closser/Pitcher.... that's a HUGE difference

I think that if you continue stay away from pastas, sweets, and grains you will do fine.
