I'd eat crab over lobster any day of the week.

As to fish, swordfish is the best, however, they say it's not good for you because it has high mercury levels.

What about the suckers who eat whales? Those have so much mercury in them that it is ridiculous. Gotta love corporate dumping, right? :-b

I was just watching that earlier...I couldn't shut it off. I think it was something like 6 people that passed away, including the boat that sank. Unbelievable stuff.

I actually do love seafood though. Shrimp, Lobster, crab, clams, shark, tuna, calamari, etc, etc. All very good stuff! ;-D
