i was wondering how to make an avatar out of it.

can anyone help.

i can't get a URL for it because it's part of a bigger story.
how do i get the picture and make it an avatar.

I tried to host it but imageshack said the file type is not allowed.

But I can tell you where I found it and maybe someone can do something with it.
