Should I make a move or stay put?

I am a beginner and was wondering what anybody thought about my team. Should I look to make moves or is the team OK.

Currently I am in second place in a 12 team, H to H, 5x5 league. Here is my team.

Actually, your team looks pretty awesome for a 12 team league. Looks to be very well-rounded and you've got every angle covered pretty well. One thing I would do is try to move Randy Johnson to someone in your league who is optimistic about him turning it around this season. I would say Giles and Chipper are your weak links at 2nd and 3rd. Maybe you could try a deal like with one of them and Randy for another lesser stud pitcher and am improvement 2nd or 3rd baseman for you. Dellucci's also very good now, I would like to figure out some way to get him in your lineup. I know you can plug in Dunn at 1st, but you don't want to displace Tex. Maybe you should consider selling Dellucci high with Giles or Chipper for a stud 2nd or 3rd baseman as well.
