Can anyone shed any light on why he isn't starting lately. Helms keeps getting the starts

Lyle Overbay missed tonight's game because of a bruised shin.
Overbay was available off the bench, but he wasn't used. He could be back at first base tomorrow.

Probably his shin again, Rotoworld is our friend.

Yup, just giving him a couple precautionary days off, and a couple just so happened to be against lefties (Francis, Santana), which works out well for playing Helms anyway. He did pinch hit yesterday and drew a walk.
