What's worse, guys on the DL or ones that are just hurt?

Over the last two weeks, I had to deal w/ people like Chipper, Guillen & Beltran (this current week) all being hurt, but not being hurt bad enough to go on the DL. Instead they just miss around 4 game each. In a HTH league, that can kill you.
I have those 3 and Thome (who knows if he is capable of playing the field). Chipper plays a few games then misses a few. Beltran is missing the Braves series (and has been playing like he has been hurt for a while). Guillen missed time last week and has also been playing like he has been hurt for a while.
Just put some of these guys on the DL so that they can get healthy and allow me to go to the waiver wire.
