bernero just came in in the 8th inning in a potential save situation game. is this a sign of bad things to come?

Bernero was horrible. Absent a questionable interference call against Wright, he would have gotten lit up for 3 runs in 1/3 of an inning. It should be noted, however, that he was brought in to face the meat of the order, which is perhaps why he came in in the 8th. Who knows.

He came in and got the double play based on the questionable interference call. He didn't really throw more than a few pitches. What a mess, the Braves closer situation looks like my toilet bowl after I eat Indian food.
