What if an OF snags a HR ball, but ends up over the fence?

So what if a ball is popped up, caught in the air by a large bird (a gull or hawk or whatever) and the bird flies away over the RF fence. HR or not?

I think if his feet are off the ground and he goes over the fence then its a home run..if feet are on the ground and he flips its a dead ball..

i robbed a homerun in highschool and flipped over the fence but since I had a foot on the ground when I caught the ball he was out.

Ill say it one more time -- you must launch from playing field (fair or foul) catch ball while you are off ground and land in stands. That is a legal catch. CANNOT climb into stands then catch ball (fair or foul).

The best catch I've ever seen in person was on a play like this. Happened way back in the 1960's at Fenway. Gary Geiger hit a bomb that a Cleveland OF named Al Luplow caught while going over the wall and into the bullpen. He held on and it was ruled an out.
