2 main things i see is you need ollie to turn it around,,,, and your offense is in desperate need of some power... you really only have 1 batter that you can count on for 20+ homeruns in tex,,, other then tex you have speedy guys that may get you 10-15 homers and that is about it

So you don't see 20 HRs for Wright, Young, Rowand, or Patterson...I am thinking Wright and Patterson will hit 30

just what he said, POWER. You need it in a major way. Your staff looks great though. Your outfielders are all copies of each other. Try to trade someone some speed for power.
