Odalis Perez was still feeling discomfort in his shoulder today, so his bullpen session was scratched and he'll be placed on the disabled list.

Wilson Alvarez will take his place on Wednesday. The Dodgers could call up Buddy Carlisle to replace him and start him on Saturday. Another option is to bring back Steve Schmoll and put D.J. Houlton into the rotation. Perez will be eligible to come off the DL a week from Monday and the Dodgers may still be hoping he'll be ready then.
