anyways Dangerous crimes, crimes that financially damage people or institutions, molesters are at a whole different level then Sunshine the Hippy.

I agree that molesters are worse than potheads. I've also said a couple of times in this thread that the molester in question should have to spend some time in "gen pop" (general population). Even those guys don't take kindly to child molesters, so he would definitely be in for a rough stay of it. ;-D

Doesn't mean that Sunshine the Hippy doesn't deserve jail time for choosing to break a law that we are all aware of though. ;-)
Yes doctor, I am sick.
Sick of those who are spineless.
Sick of those who feel self-entitled.
Sick of those who are hypocrites.
Yes doctor, an army is forming.
Yes doctor, there will be a war.
Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

Yeah, but reading your emails doesn't eff up your lungs nearly as bad smoking the ganja. And its a health care issue? Isn't underage drinking and smoking a health care issue to? I guess that means it shouldn't be illegal either? (Though I think both should be outlawed. The only reason they aren't is tradition and the fact that those two industries line the governments pockets and Mexico doesn't. If Phillip Morris grew marijuana, I'm sure it would be legal.) I don't think they should get a harsher penalty than the pervert, but obviously they shouldn't go unpunished.

Alcohol is legal because when they tried to make it illegal it only created more crime.
