How do I keep the clarity and sharpness in my sig, while keeping it under the size requirements? You can see what it looks like now, but here's what the original looked like. Any help would be awesome.

It's a bitmap so it won't show up on the forum, but the link works if you copy/paste into your web browser. For some reason there's a black line on the left edge of the image, so if you end up editing the picture remove the line cause it really annoys me.
Mustangs has a similar thing going but his looks incredibly awesome in jpeg format while mine loses seemingly everything. I use paint so I may need a new program, although I don't wanna pay. If the solution is through a link that'd be awesome as well. Anyway, thanks for the response and keep up the good work artists.
