Need advice desperately!

My team is in last place. It doesn't look that bad too me (RP is definitely shaky). What do I need to do to improve? Should I make some moves or stick it out? Anybody I should flat out drop? Who is expendable in a trade? Also, I've been holding on to Greinke, but he's really killing me. Is it time to get rid of him?
