Start Weaver once (Det) or Leiter twice??

I had decent hopes for Leiter this year but he really hasn't done much. This is a sportsline head to head points league and I had Leiter in originally, he goes at PHI and then home against ATL, and Weaver is pitching once at DET. I have Weaver in there right now, what do you think? Walks, ER and losses all count as negative points.
