3rd place looking to improve???

I am currently in third place and i am having trouble getting over the hurdle. We have 12 teams in a H2H 8x9 league. I could really use some suggestions and possible trades to improve my pitching and my power hitting. Thanks for your help...

I really like the team. Package some steals with an SP and get a better SP. There mustn also be someone better than Estes on FA's.
