For everyone waiting for Bay to be added to Yahoo so you can put him on your team, forget about it because he was hit by a pitch that fractured his wrist today. He is likely gone for a while. The Padres are having horrible luck, almost as bad as the Marlins.

It's a shame - it would have been interesting to see what he could have done in the majors. Guess we'll have to wait a bit longer...

You really hate to see this kind of thing happen to a player. He finally gets his Big League chance and down he goes. As a fan of both fantasy baseball and the actual game of baseball itself, here's hoping that his recovery is smooth and fast.
