Buy Low Candidates

Helton is still a buy low candidate. It's ludicrous.
Yes, I was, uh... I was thinking about ordering the tape, the videotape... about the college girls and the... the wild... the wildness. They're going wild or something? Somebody told me... about going wild.

Sad, but true...

Reading this post gives me hope for my team, yet makes it obvious why I've started so horribly:

"buy-low" candidates listed here that I orginally drafted:

Chavez
V. Wells
Kendall
Texiera
Hafner
Loiaza

I just grabbed him. He hasn't shown his obp skills yet, but with the move of nixon out of the #2 spot in the lineup I wouldn't be suprised if bellhorns moves there and we saw what he did there last season. by any team i meant any team struggling at 2b :-b .

I'm hoping Hafner is a 'yeah.'
Somebody bailed on him and I used #8 waiver spot to grab. It cost Kearns, who was my sixth OF and not only platooning with Pena, but now that Pena's on DL, is platooning with Freel 8-o.
Anyway, I can afford to keep Haf on the bench and wait him out for a spell ... that's where Kearns was anyway.

Helton
V Wells
Sheets
Ollie
Chavez
Carlos Lee

Though I'm still in contention due to the ludicrous overperformance of a certain second baseman....

It's probably too late to grab Rollins now. Hope some of you listened to me last week... Maybe you could still grab him from a frustrated owner. Maybe.

When does someone change from a "buy low" candidate to a candidate who simply sucks?
