Kolb out as closer!

Atlanta just announced he's out. I don't know who the replacement is yet. Reitsma?

It's gotta be Reitsma or Sosa.

edit: what's your source?

Nope, it's Adam Bernero.

yea bernero it is, heres the article

Adam Bernero won't move into the rotation as John Thomson's replacement. He's currently expected to close in place of Danny Kolb.
Interesting. Bernero hardly looks like a typical closer on the mound and Chris Reitsma has been terrific for most of the year, but who are we to doubt Bobby Cox and Leo Mazzone? Pick Bernero up if he's available in your league

Weird...maybe it's his low BB rate.

I just picked up Bernero in all my leagues. If news reports say he is getting the job then I believe it. It seems very legitmate with the way that Bernero is pitching. He has 19 strikeouts and just 2 walks in 22.2 innings pitched so he could be a very good closer.

Same here. I picked him up. His peripherals are really nice. I guess I just never considered anyone but Reitsma and Sosa for the job.
