Jhonny Peralta not playing today?

I've been riding his hot streak the last few days and he homered last night... Is he splitting time with Cora at short or is this just a random day off? Any Cleveland heads out there?

He's a defensive liability and will lose time to Cora because of it.

I checked his game logs and it looks like he plays for 4 or 5 games straight and then takes one off. Is there any rhyme or reason to be able to tell when he's going to be given the day off in favor of Cora? I like Peralta's bat but I have suitable replacements for him if this is going to be a regular thing. Wedge needs to figure out where his bread is buttered... Peralta es en fuego! Ariba!
