I'm sure some squirmy lawyer is already working on it. Bring back Johnny Cochran from the grave!

Actually as sad as it is, yes, he can sue the stadium for allowing him to purchase more beer when he was already intoxicated. What a world we live in, huh? :-/

Anyhow, I hope they hit him with something big. Throwing beer on a player is wrong no matter how you slice it. :-t
Yes doctor, I am sick.
Sick of those who are spineless.
Sick of those who feel self-entitled.
Sick of those who are hypocrites.
Yes doctor, an army is forming.
Yes doctor, there will be a war.
Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

Why would you even post crap like that? All it does is waste people's time and also makes you lose any credibility you ever had.

If you were to ask me what player I would not feel sorry for having that happen to him, I would say Giambi. Tha man cheated, and extorted millions of dollars from the Yankees because of it.

Agreed.

Anyone that sues for that or any lawyer that takes that case is truly the scum of the earth. Take some responsibility for yourself and your actions and get a life :-t

Glad to see he's being charged; he deserves it

So have alot of other people in life and that doesn't mean beer should be thrown on them. For instance, I'm sure you have cheated on something in your life. I'm not gonna throw a beer on you. :-t

Same here. That's a pretty inane rationale.
