You need The GTK installer and the Gimp.
There are other packages below but you need the GTK Runtime to make it work otherwise it won't.
Remember its free and you don't need to pirate it like photoshop because we all know that is morally wrong

I'm too lazy to make a sig at the moment

If you are talking about gimp just place your mouse above the icons and it tells you what they are...I'm not sure which one you mean

how do you take a player and cut him out of the background of the pic so you only have the player on photoshop? thanks

This is my first attempt at a sig. I used all the tips on this post and decided to give it a shot. My only question pertains to the sizing. I used PhotoShop to make it. I sized it to 300 x 100 but it was still 24.4 Kb. How do I keep it that size and it still be small enough to use here. Thanks for all your teaching!

when you are done and want to save, go to file>save for web
in the top right corner just lower the quality until the size (bottom left corner) is below 12
