you're certainly expecting far too much right off the bat. while i think you have a lot of the basics down, you're not going to be able to rush through and have a sig as good as the one leber (who is one of the best that comes around here) has made for you.

you have to blend it in more. use the fill and opacity levels as well as putting another layer on top of george himself and then lowered those levels on top.

there should be an option to erase into transparent and not white.

i suggest watching a few tutorials that are in here as well as any others you can.

when making sigs, the more advanced the sig, generally more layers it has. example.

layer 1 original pic
layer 2 some added lighting/blending of player
layer 3 team logo background
layer 4 another bg pic of player
layer 5 gradient
layer 6 text
etc...

for your first few sigs, you may only have 3-4 layers. ive made very nice looking sigs with 2 or 3 or 4 layers, but i also have sigs with 15-20+. the more you go, the more things you'll learn how to do. again, i highly suggest you watch a few tutorials, and i know in no time given your artistic abilities, you'll be an expert.

make a new thread for discussion. thats the tradition here. this is pretty much for tuts and overall advice, not specific for sigs.

i will give you my opinion though...good format, good sizing. the only thing i would adjust is the text. its hard to read and it doesnt stand out much.

lol thanks for the heads-up then. Usually on other sites stuff like that doesn't warrant a new thread. Good to know though.
