He did it TWICE! Saw this Outside the Lines piece on him. Watching that footage is one of the grossest things I've ever seen. You can hear the pop as he follows through and then he's just on the ground screaming in pain. They showed him last attempting a comeback in the O's system.

A guy in my league has Schmidt, Sheets, Harden, Wood and Mota. Tell me THAT doesn't suck.
He also has F-Rod who might be heading to the DL also.
Bummer.
