this kid (with multi-IF position eligibilty) has been on a tear recently for the reds.

well, he's been hitting over .300 and putting up decent numbers as the reds #2 hitter, anyways.

while his 16 rbi and 14 runs may not seem too impressive, keep in mind that he's only been getting regular time since the beginning of may, and in that time he's raised his BA from .259 to .308 coming in to today. i havn't seen this guy's named mentioned a lot, but he seems to be putting up respectable numbers in the scarce SS/2B positions, and toss on 3B eligibilty to boot, and you've got a very servicable backup IF or even starter in some leagues.

has anyone else heard of this guy or seen him play? i'm just looking at the numbers here, but already they've got me intrigued.
