Anyone take Tribulous?

Im doing some weights training and got recommended to start using this supplement called Tribulous. Its a plant extract that naturally increase ur testosterone levels, hence increasing muscle mass growth. The funny thing is, it is also used for men that are lacking sex-drive (something that I definately not) so it makes that side of things outta control - however i havent started noticing any increases in this area yet. Though I've only been on it a week and a half and i swear i notice a difference in how quickly muscle develops. Has anyone ever used it? Apparently its completely safe and you can jus buy it from the Pharmacy. Its not a drug, so its legal.....because it motivates your body to produce testosterone....not inject it.

You all need to so some serious research on this substance/subject. I hope you know more about sports than this, because it is blatantly obvious that you have no knowledge of lifting and/or supplementation what so ever.

I never used any supplements when I was training for sports. Just hit the gym like a madman every day. My high school was full of guys like me in that respect, so there was always someone to work out with (spotter, motivator, etc.), so I guess I was just lucky. B-)

Let's all remember this, natural does not mean safe. If anything, natural means less safe, because humans were less involved in developing it.

Do alot of research about something that messes with your body like that or you might have an early heart attack like many others.

I recommend just using protein powder. My friends do one scoop when they work out and one in the morning and they say it works real well. I'm pretty sure that's a safer way to go, even though results may not come as quickly.

But are you in a rush to enter Mr. USA or something?
